Your purchase supports sustainable income for artisans globally, and we are committed to ensuring your experience is as impactful as your purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Success team or visit our online portal with your order number and email address to start the return or exchange process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and artisan story cards are included to maintain the product's integrity.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
